If it were me I'd just straighten it back into shape with a spanner closed against it like you do with disc brakes after heating it up with a heat gun (not a torch) It is one in the same, it is just branded slightly different to Bike Scooter City's standards with their designs put on top and I believe a slight modification to the rear steel bracket above the mudguard on the back.
